Guest Relations
I've been involved with Sci-Fi, Anime and Gaming Conventions for a long time, in one form or another. I began as an attendee in the 90s, then started volunteering for various conventions in 2000.
A few years ago, I began working Guest Relations for small music festivals, and then handling musical guests for some regional conventions. That work led me to Guest Handling/Liason work and finally to running Guest Relations for several conventions around the central/midwestern states. I have worked a lot of wonderful shows, made a ton of amazing friends, and developed a good working relationship with some of the top guests on the Anime/Gaming circuit. I am constantly adding new information to my guest contact list as I have the good fortune to work with new people - and I am always looking for more opportunities!
